Exchange & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange under the return conditions if:

• You received a damaged or defective garment.
• You received an incorrect size, color, or design variant compared to your original invoice.
• Items or accessories are missing from your package.

Exchange Terms & Guidelines

• Exchange requests must be made within same day of parcel delivery.
• Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached).
• Fascino Error: If the exchange is due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item sent by us, Fascino will cover all associated exchange shipping fees.
• Customer Preference (Size/Style Change): If you wish to exchange an item due to a change of preference or personal sizing choice, approval may not be granted.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: Customized outfits, altered garments, and promotional sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Conditions for a Refund

Refunds are issued only when an eligible issue cannot be resolved through fulfilment or exchange:

• An item is confirmed defective or damaged upon delivery, and a replacement in the same size/style is out of stock.
• An item paid for in advance cannot be fulfilled due to inventory unavailability.
• A duplicate payment was accidentally processed during online checkout.

Refund Process & Timelines

• Once your returned item reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.
• Upon approval, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Mobile Financial Service, bank transfer, or card) within 7 to 10 business days.
• Shipping fees, cash-on-delivery service charges, and international customs duties are non-refundable.
